VISIBLE INSECT INFESTATION
EVIDENCE OF ILLEGAL ENTRY
RETRIEVING NEWPAPER AND FLYERS LEFT IN DRIVEWAY, YARD, AND ON FRONT DOOR AND IN MAILBOX
PLUMBING PROBLEMS
FLUSH TOILETS AND ADD DEODORIZER
RUN WATER IN ALL FAUCETS
VERIFY THERMOSTAT SETTINGS AND ELECTRONIC TIMERS
Arrival and departure services are
available for additional charge.
Services are as follows:
DEPARTURE
- Turn off main water/water heater
- Turn off icemaker
- Close drains in sinks and tubs
- Set A/C and thermostats
ARRIVAL
- Turn on main water and water heater
- Flush water pipes
- Turn on icemaker
- Reset A/C and thermostats
